Qualifications and experience:

• Knowledge of IT end-user equipment
• Knowledge of software
• Ability to resolve IT asset related calls with in the agreed SLA time
• Excellent communication skills - (users should be informed and updated on the progress of  their request)
• Asset management knowledge
