We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment life cycle of technical roles within our organization. The Junior Technical Recruiter will work closely with the Senior Technical Recruiter and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer stage
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates through various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve recruitment processes and meet hiring goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices in the industry

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment or related field
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and experience requirements
  • Experience with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics reporting
