Senior Solutions Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Solutions Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing secure and scalable solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement secure and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
• Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain project plans and work breakdown structures.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Work with difficult people and manage conflict.
• Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Security Certification (SABSA, CISSP, CeH, etc.).
• Risk Certification (CISA, CISM, etc.).
• Cloud Certifications.
• 10+ years of experience in security architecture, solution architecture, software architecture, software design, software technical lead, deployment, DevOps, and project management.
• Experience working with distributed systems, cloud platforms, architecture patterns, network protocols, authentication and authorization protocols, cryptography, integration, cloud technology stack, mobile technology stack, virtualization, and development tools and techniques.
• Experience with security design methodologies, software design methodologies, architecture methodologies, agile methodologies, risk assessment, threat modeling, requirement analysis, and system decomposition.
• Proficient in programming languages (Java, C#, Python, Rust, etc.).
• Experience with authentication, authorization, access governance, log management, privileged access management, threat management, secrets management, zero trust, remote access, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD tools, source code management, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Domain & Cloud model, OAuth2, OIDC, file transfer protocols, networking, sockets, hacking tools, automation, exploit development, internet plumbing, tunneling/exfiltration, deception technologies, cryptography, password cracking, foot printing, OSINT, network security, and storage technologies.
