Operations Manager

Job Purpose: 

Manage overall company operations. Responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality control and safety measures.

Enhance the operational procedures, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looking for new opportunities to expend systems 

Minimum requirements: 

• Engineering Degree (Industrial / Mechanical) 
• At least 8 years experience as an Operations Manager in a Manufacturing/Production environment 
• Policies and procedures - strong experience with development, implementation and management 
• Strong management experience 
• Strong knowledge / experience in Labour Relations
• Health and safety legislation / regulation 
• Computer Literate
