Production Supervisor

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12/N3 with a Supervisory Qualification
• Qualification in Rubber Technology would be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years experience in a similar environment (Engineering) preferably Rubber industry in a Supervisory capacity.
• Planning experience would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Rubber and Chrome Shop to ensure quality components are delivered to Assembly and Warehouse, as dictated by our internal and external Customers.
• Plan and coordinate the manufacturing of all raw material and semi-finished components to finished components to meet set targets and or demand.
• Maintain accurate data sheets and assist with fault finding where necessary.
