About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Business Process Analyst with expertise in SAP HCM, focusing on HR processes and payroll. The ideal candidate will possess a Bcom Degree, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, and a strong background in HR processes and payroll functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis:
- Analyze and understand HR business processes, workflows, and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather and document business needs.
- SAP HCM Expertise:
- Utilize deep knowledge of SAP HCM to configure, customize, and optimize HR processes.
- Implement and maintain SAP HCM modules, with a focus on payroll.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM functionality.
- HR Process Optimization:
- Streamline and enhance HR processes through SAP HCM solutions.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement efficient workflows.
- Ensure alignment of SAP HCM configurations with HR policies and best practices.
- Payroll Management:
- Leverage payroll expertise to manage and optimize payroll processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to reconcile payroll data.
- Training & Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on SAP HCM modules.
- Provide ongoing support to HR and payroll teams, addressing inquiries and issues.
- Create comprehensive documentation for HR processes and SAP HCM configurations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of a Bcom Degree.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, with a focus on SAP HCM.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM modules, especially in the area of payroll.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
