Commercial Executive
Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in alignment with organizational objectives.

Analyze Sales Performance: Conduct thorough analyses of sales performance, identifying areas for growth and implementing strategies to optimize results. Ensure accuracy in sales forecasting, pipeline, and budget management.

Lead Sales Initiatives: Take the lead in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and partnerships to expand revenue streams and enhance market presence.

Manage Stakeholder Engagements: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention across all territories and lines of business.

Provide Leadership and Guidance: Provide direction and guidance to the sales team, setting clear goals and motivating team members to achieve sales targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales department.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Software or Telecomms

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Executive, Head of Sales,
or similar role. -
Proven track record of driving commercial success and accuracy in Sales
forecasts and budgets in both local and international markets. - Previous experience in an electronics or similar environment, with exposure to utilities, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management systems such as SAP and Sales Force. (ESSENTIAL)
- Strong understanding of commercial strategies, marketing, and business planning
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel both locally and internationally.
