Internal Sales Representative

Job Overview:

The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for managing telephonic customer sales and service, quoting on products, processing and invoicing orders, and providing support to external sales representatives. This is a technical sales support role, ideally suited to a candidate with prior experience in the pumps or related mechanical industry.

Education:

• Grade 12 (Matric) Essential

• Post Grade 12 Technical Diploma Advantageous

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in the pumps or related industry

• Minimum 2 years in sales

• Experience with E1, JDE, or SAP Advantageous

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent telephone communication skills

• Strong product knowledge in pumps or similar technical items

• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure

• Accurate, detail-oriented, and process-driven

• Team player with a service-driven attitude
