Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential commercial clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Assess client needs and offer suitable commercial insurance and financial solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and product options
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through professional service and periodic reviews
  • Maintain knowledge of products, market trends, and regulations related to commercial insurance
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate client records and reporting on CRM systems
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct policy reviews and risk assessments for new and existing clients

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
  • FAIS-compliant qualification (RE5, NQF Level 4 or higher) (essential)
  • 3 years of experience in Commercial Insurance Sales
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and the financial advisory process
