Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential commercial clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Assess client needs and offer suitable commercial insurance and financial solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and product options
- Build long-term relationships with clients through professional service and periodic reviews
- Maintain knowledge of products, market trends, and regulations related to commercial insurance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate client records and reporting on CRM systems
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct policy reviews and risk assessments for new and existing clients
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- FAIS-compliant qualification (RE5, NQF Level 4 or higher) (essential)
- 3 years of experience in Commercial Insurance Sales
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and the financial advisory process
