Qualification and Environment Requirements:
- National Diploma / BCom Degree in Supply Chain / Procurement Management / Logistics / Finance
- 3+ years Procurement experience within the Mining Industry
- Strong work ethic
- Flexible working hours

- Thick-skinned personality and a strong can-do attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of a wide variety of commodities while ensuring cost effectiveness and procurement agreements.
- Purchasing the right commodities at the right time and at competitive prices in line with RFQs
- Initiates RFQ process for services, materials, and equipment
- Manage purchase orders, amendments, and order related queries.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers/vendors to ensure efficient problem solving and improve customer service.
- Consider all internal policies and practices in all transactions.
- Uphold and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
- Develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Models to establish and achieve milestones.
- Supports the Contracts Department in terms of creating contracts with suppliers
