Competencies and Requirements
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven experience in partner integration projects, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail environments.

  • Significant Project Management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Skills Required
  • Technical expertise in IT solution design, specification, and development.

  • Familiarity with integration protocols.

  • Experience in delivering integrations to both external and internal solutions.

  • Understanding of business operations and associated processes.

  • Process analysis experience.

  • Systems understanding with testing experience.

  • Experience in delivering training to various groups, from Junior Staff to Executive Level.


Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of The Company's processing platform as related to integration projects.
  • Provide pre-sales consultancy to prospective and current suppliers, principals, and customers in conjunction with Business colleagues.
  • Proactively present The Company's preferred technical architectures and integration methods to:
  • Maximise functionality, platform consistency, and commercial advantage.
  • Minimise costs, risks, and time-to-market.

  • Collaborate with technical staff from principals, suppliers, and customers to design end-to-end integration solutions.
  • Create integration project plans in collaboration with PMO resources, internal teams, and third parties.
  • Initiate projects within the IT team by:
  • Securing necessary resources via established procedures.

  • Clearly communicating project plans and delivery expectations to all stakeholders.

  • Document business processes, analyze for optimization/streamlining, and present solutions to business for sign-off.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for execution of integration, development, and/or process optimization projects, including:
  • Facilitating physical network connectivity.

  • Coordinating technical calls with partner engineering staff.

  • Ensuring development aligns with specs and solution designs.

  • Facilitating file exchange and testing processes (DEV and UNIT).

  • Preparing documentation for sign-off processes.

  • Lead efforts to scope, size, document, and implement approved solutions, including user training when required.
  • Maintain visibility on all project efforts through weekly reporting to the CIO and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a technology Functional Expert to The Company Business, customers, suppliers, and principals; assist in incident/issue resolution.
  • Promote standardisation, consistency, and quality throughout The Company and its stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CIO.
