About the job Internal Sales Coordinator
Minimum requirements:
- Matric with Mathematics.
- Diploma or Degree is advantageous
- 3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role
- Excellent Computer Skills - EXCEL (SAP will be advantageous)
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Customer Orientated
- High attention to detail with strong numeracy skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Sense of urgency and ability to communicate this on all levels
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations
- Capturing and loading orders from customer via telephone and / or email
- Managing Customer back-orders and updating all relevant parties
- Administering and maintaining all documents pertaining to customers orders
- Co-ordinating delivery requirements with the Distribution team
- Ensuring that deliveries are made in accordance with the objective of satisfying customers requirements
- Providing Customers with required reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
- Preparing Price Increase Letters
- Updating and ensuring Customer Information in SAP is correct
