Minimum requirements:

  • Matric with Mathematics. 
  • Diploma or Degree is advantageous
  • 3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role
  • Excellent Computer Skills - EXCEL (SAP will be advantageous)
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Customer Orientated
  • High attention to detail with strong numeracy skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Sense of urgency and ability to communicate this on all levels

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations
  • Capturing and loading orders from customer via telephone and / or email
  • Managing Customer back-orders and updating all relevant parties
  • Administering and maintaining all documents pertaining to customers orders
  • Co-ordinating delivery requirements with the Distribution team
  • Ensuring that deliveries are made in accordance with the objective of satisfying customers requirements
  • Providing Customers with required reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
  • Preparing Price Increase Letters
  • Updating and ensuring Customer Information in SAP is correct
