Minimum requirements:
- IT-related qualification or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician in a technical support role
- Prior experience with iOS devices is essential
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on iOS devices
- Strong understanding of iOS features, settings, and applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to provide technical guidance to both customers and junior technicians
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges

Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for iOS devices
- Perform repairs and replacements of components, ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards
- Assist customers in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting their iOS devices
- Utilize expertise to provide specialized guidance on iOS features, apps, and functionalities
- Mentor and assist Technician Level 1 staff in handling challenging technical scenarios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for recurring technical problems
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, solutions, and interactions with customers
- Stay updated with the latest iOS updates, technologies, and troubleshooting methods
