Minimum requirements:

  • IT-related qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician in a technical support role
  • Prior experience with iOS devices  is essential
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on iOS devices
  • Strong understanding of iOS features, settings, and applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance to both customers and junior technicians
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for iOS devices
  • Perform repairs and replacements of components, ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards
  • Assist customers in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting their iOS devices
  • Utilize expertise to provide specialized guidance on iOS features, apps, and functionalities
  • Mentor and assist Technician Level 1 staff in handling challenging technical scenarios
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for recurring technical problems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, solutions, and interactions with customers
  • Stay updated with the latest iOS updates, technologies, and troubleshooting methods
