Service Technician
Requirements:
- Experience as a maintenance technician, service engineer, or technical support specialist.
At least a finished N2 or higher technical education.

Work experience in data centers, industrial sites, healthcare facilities, cleanrooms, or similar high-tech environments.

Familiarity with electrical and/or mechanical systems.

Comfortable with shift work or on-call responsibilities.

Strong awareness of safety procedures and teamwork.

Education: N2+ level or similar in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Responsibilities:

Monitor technical alarms through building management systems.

Quickly respond to malfunctions such as power outages, ventilation issues, or faults in safety systems.

Safely repair systems on location, following LOTO (Lock Out-Tag Out) procedures.

Conduct control rounds and report technical irregularities.

Act in emergencies (e.g., fire alarms, gas leaks, elevator incidents) as part of the High Priority Team, supporting on-site emergency responders.

Work in a 3-shift schedule (3 mornings, 3 afternoons, 3 days off). A switch to a 5-shift system (2 mornings, 2 afternoons, 2 nights, 4 days off) is planned.
