Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12.

Minimum of 5 years sales experience with Enterprise Customers in an IT environment.

Proven experience in solution selling at senior and middle management levels.

Strong planning and prioritization skills for managing sales opportunities.

Demonstrated ability to interact and present to executive-level stakeholders.

High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and customer service excellence.

Sound judgment in evaluating relative costs and benefits of potential actions.

Proficient in computer literacy.

Must have own and reliable transport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to assess their needs and determine system requirements and possible solutions.
- Conduct sales analysis through activities such as warehouse walkthroughs and route rides to identify inefficiencies.
- Develop ROI documents illustrating the value and benefits of proposed solutions.
- Prepare and respond to customer proposals, including RFPs and industry-specific solutions.
- Customize product and solution configurations to align with client requirements.
- Deliver presentations that communicate solution features and customer benefits.
- Manage the sales process from order securing to renewal, including delivery arrangements and ETA advisories.
- Sell a comprehensive range of solutions including software, hardware, professional services, and system integration to enterprise clients.
- Prospect for and acquire new enterprise customers.

Create costing sheets for each solution to determine optimal pricing.

Meet monthly and annual sales and gross profit targets.

Focus primarily on acquiring new business.
