Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric / Grade 12.

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience with Enterprise Customers in an IT environment.

  • Proven experience in solution selling at senior and middle management levels.

  • Strong planning and prioritization skills for managing sales opportunities.

  • Demonstrated ability to interact and present to executive-level stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and customer service excellence.

  • Sound judgment in evaluating relative costs and benefits of potential actions.

  • Proficient in computer literacy.

  • Must have own and reliable transport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to assess their needs and determine system requirements and possible solutions.
  • Conduct sales analysis through activities such as warehouse walkthroughs and route rides to identify inefficiencies.
  • Develop ROI documents illustrating the value and benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Prepare and respond to customer proposals, including RFPs and industry-specific solutions.
  • Customize product and solution configurations to align with client requirements.
  • Deliver presentations that communicate solution features and customer benefits.
  • Manage the sales process from order securing to renewal, including delivery arrangements and ETA advisories.
  • Sell a comprehensive range of solutions including software, hardware, professional services, and system integration to enterprise clients.
  • Prospect for and acquire new enterprise customers.
  • Create costing sheets for each solution to determine optimal pricing.

  • Meet monthly and annual sales and gross profit targets.

  • Focus primarily on acquiring new business.
