Business Analyst - 12 Month Contract

Requirements:

• Apply a set of tasks and techniques to act as a liaison among stakeholders.
• Understand the problems, opportunities, needs, structure, policies, and operations of the organization.
• Work on large, high-risk, and complex projects.
• Recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
• Elicit and analyze the actual needs of stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between organizational units.
• Align the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology.
• Serve as a translator between business units and IT teams.
• Possess years of deep practical experience in business analysis.
• Perform business analysis in a variety of complex situations with repeated practice.
• Experience in Africa region banking, digital, and servicing.
