Minimum requirements:

  • Exceptional track record: top performer academically and in early career / other areas outside of academics
  • Digital skillset: software development and analytics skills - must be able to demonstrate this, either a technical degree in computer science/ computer engineering, or self taught, but with some formal training and track record.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, as demonstrated by track record
  • 0 - 4 years experience

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the business primary commercial imperatives
  • Synthesise the commercial imperatives with feedback from the in-country operations teams and agent network
  • Design, build, test, maintain and manage robust software solutions to enable the operations team members and agent networks to achieve their jobs and ultimately the companies objective to serve customers
