Assistant to CEO / COO
A high-responsibility role supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving African business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain all administrative functions for the CEO and COO
  • Keep calendars, reminders, meetings, and travel schedules fully updated and coordinated
  • Arrange local and international travel, accommodation, visas, and logistics
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and important follow-ups
  • Ensure all executive files and records remain updated and organised, including insurance portfolios, vehicle registrations, contracts, licenses, and key company documentation
  • Manage administration related to company assets, properties, rentals, municipal accounts, maintenance schedules, quotations, and supplier communication
  • Register and maintain company participation in awards, rankings, conferences, and strategic industry platforms to help keep the company and leadership team visible
  • Assist in maintaining structure, organisation, and communication across departments* Handle highly confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Report directly to the CEO, COO, and CFO
