Assistant to CEO / COO
A high-responsibility role supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving African business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all administrative functions for the CEO and COO
- Keep calendars, reminders, meetings, and travel schedules fully updated and coordinated
- Arrange local and international travel, accommodation, visas, and logistics
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and important follow-ups
- Ensure all executive files and records remain updated and organised, including insurance portfolios, vehicle registrations, contracts, licenses, and key company documentation
- Manage administration related to company assets, properties, rentals, municipal accounts, maintenance schedules, quotations, and supplier communication
- Register and maintain company participation in awards, rankings, conferences, and strategic industry platforms to help keep the company and leadership team visible
- Assist in maintaining structure, organisation, and communication across departments* Handle highly confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Report directly to the CEO, COO, and CFO
Requirements: - Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- Able to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and administration skills
- Self-driven with excellent follow-through
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
