Our Client is seeking for a :  Marketing Manager for Non-LifePartners

Responsibile for managing the end-to-end marketing function for B2B partners, such as brokers, independent financial advisers (IFAs), and strategic partners. Here is a breakdown of the role:Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design, implement, and drive marketing and brand strategies to achieve business objectives in the intermediated channel.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute through-the-line marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to drive growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI, market share, and profitability.
  • Budget & Brand Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure brand alignment across all partner communications.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of strategic marketing experience, with a focus on B2B and/or non-life insurance.
  • Sector Knowledge: Experience within financial services, insurance, or working with brokers/intermediaries is often considered essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication, digital marketing skills, project management, and relationship-building abilities.
