Systems Analyst Services - 6 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities
Business & Systems Analysis
-
Analyse business problems and requirements to design feasible IT solutions.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather user requirements.
-
Document business requirements, processes, and secure stakeholder sign-off.
-
Conduct fit-gap analysis between current and future processes.
-
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to The Companys IT methodology and documentation standards.
-
Ensure compliance with IT Security, governance, and regulatory processes.
-
Communicate directly with business stakeholders to clarify requirements.
-
Share best practices and lessons learned across teams to improve project outcomes.
Architecture & Solution Design
-
Collaborate with solution architects to design technical solutions aligned with The Companys IT standards.
-
Ensure compliance with IT security, infrastructure, and system requirements.
-
Work with infrastructure and security teams to validate solution alignment.
-
Where required, engage with global or regional IT counterparts.
Procurement Support
-
Support vendor engagement, including requirement clarification and evaluations.
-
Review and analyse supplier proposals with Project Leaders.
-
Facilitate supplier evaluation sessions with business stakeholders.
Testing & UAT
-
Prepare test scripts and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
-
Analyse test results and track issues with developers and contractors.
-
Document UAT outcomes and facilitate sessions with business users.
Change Management
-
Collaborate with Project Leaders to manage project-related changes.
-
Ensure changes are documented, agreed, and communicated to stakeholders.
Handover & Go-Live Support
-
Ensure complete project documentation is compiled for handover to the AMS (Application Management Support) team.
-
Facilitate system introduction into production.
-
Provide after go-live support, including root cause analysis and issue resolution until full handover is complete.
Education & Qualifications
-
B.Sc / B.Com / B.Sc Eng degree or equivalent diploma.
-
Prince 2 Foundation certification (preferred).
Experience & Skills
-
Proven experience delivering multiple, large-scale IT projects.
-
Strong knowledge of IT project methodologies, processes, and procedures.
-
Experience with database technologies (SAP, Oracle, SQL).
-
Understanding of web technologies, relational databases, and data modelling.
-
Proficiency in use case analysis, object-oriented design, and business analysis methodologies.
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
-
Strong time management and ability to work independently.
-
Team player with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Knowledge of the motor industry is advantageous.
-
Customer-focused, diplomatic, and persuasive.
