About the Role

As an IT Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with leading organisations to identify, attract, and secure top technology professionals across a broad range of industries.

This is a high-performance, relationship-driven role suited to someone who enjoys building long-term client partnerships and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from client briefing through to successful placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, headhunt, and engage passive technology professionals.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and technical screening.
• Write compelling job adverts and candidate profiles.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed interview summaries.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through to offer stage.
• Negotiate offers and manage salary discussions.
• Develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records on ATS.
• Deliver exceptional turnaround times and service levels.
• Meet and exceed recruitment and placement targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous recruitment agency experience (essential).
• Proven experience recruiting within the IT/Technology market.
• Good understanding of current technology trends and IT terminology.
• Proven billing and placement track record.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience working with ATS/CRM systems.
