Admin Assistant
A critical support role ensuring smooth communication and administration between business development, procurement, logistics, finance, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administration for business development teams and client controllers
  • Ensure purchase orders are processed, tracked, and followed up correctly
  • Communicate order status updates to team leaders and internal departments
  • Coordinate with buyers and logistics teams regarding delivery status and shipment progress
  • Ensure all order documentation is complete and properly filed before closing projects, including: Delivery Notes | MIGO Numbers | SAD500 Documents | DU Documentation | Clearing Documentation | Supplier Invoices | Client Documentation
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and organised communication trails across all orders
  • Help ensure smooth workflow between business development, buyers, OEM liaison, logistics, finance, dispatch, and clients
  • Assist teams in keeping workflow systems updated and organised
  • Report directly to the relevant Business Developer / Client Manager / Team Leader
