Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all technical work is executed safely.
  • Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective work orders, recording them in the maintenance control system.
  • Provide feedback on all planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
  • Prepare detailed equipment breakdown reports.
  • Organise workplace, documentation, and toolboxes according to 5S standards.
  • Conduct breakdown analysis and follow up on corrective measures.
  • Provide technical support and training to operators.
  • Participate in technical improvement teams and propose improvements.
  • Take part in equipment breakdown root cause failure analyses.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of work orders, minimising downtime caused by maintenance.
  • Support execution of engineering and local projects.
  • Register all activities in the ERP system.
  • In-depth knowledge of PLC, Variable Speed Drives, Motors, and Electrical circuits
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical drive systems, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and pumps
  • In-depth knowledge of the Problem-solving tools
  • Basic welding skills
  • Basic knowledge of the HVAC system
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Technical report writing
Qualifications & Experience
  • N6 in Electro-Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's degree advantageous).
  • Trade-tested Millwright.
  • 2-3 years maintenance experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CMMS.
