Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director at Bridge in Kuala Lumpur. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and performance management. The Human Resources Director will also need to have a strong understanding of labor and employment laws in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources and HR policies
• Experience managing employee relations and performance management
• Understanding of labor and employment law
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM, HRCI) preferred
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus

Remuneration package: MYR $10,000 per month with share option of the company after 12 months of services
