Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for leading efforts to increase customer satisfaction, reduce customer churn, analyze customer data to inform strategy, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
Office Venue: 203, Jln Bukit Bintang, Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Relationship Building and Analytical Skills
- Proven track record in Customer Retention and Customer Service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and to develop strong customer relationships
- Experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience in the recruitment or human resources industry is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus
Basic Salary MYR $3500 plus Commission
