Job Title: Recruiter

Salary Range: PHP 35,000- 38,500

Work Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT

Our client is currently looking for a Recruiter to support the recruitment teams by sourcing and increasing candidate attraction in the market. They are specialists in recruitment, training, and advice for businesses in the mining and construction sectors in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates through marketing campaigns on platforms like Seek, LinkedIn, and social media to build a robust talent pool.
  • Screen candidates through interviews, reference checks, and background checks to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Ensure candidates are job-ready by entering accurate information into Vincere and managing an active database for quick access.
  • Aftercare: Ensure candidates are payroll-ready and continue to work with Aston through regular follow-ups and visits.
  • Internal communication: Collaborate with the business development and improvement teams to ensure a smooth candidate placement process.
  • System & procedures: Ensure all procedures are followed and data is accurately entered into systems like Vincere.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
  • 2-3 years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in blue collar industry or AU market. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
