Job Description:

The Payroll Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring that our company runs smoothly. This is done

through providing timely, accurate and efficient processing of our teams payments, that support them, their families, and the communities we live and work in. The payroll administrator is responsible for payroll processes, computing wages, and ensuring that employees' salaries are paid correctly and on schedule.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the maintenance and updating of payroll records
  • Verify employee timesheets, ensuring precise payroll calculations
  • Help implement and support Procurement solutions within the business
  • Assist with data input, updating, reconciliation along with audit in various organizational systems
  • Assist in the reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts
  • Process transactions for accounts payable and accounts receivables
  • Uphold accurate financial records, keeping all financial information current
  • Provide essential support to the bookkeeper in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining financial records
  • Contribute to various accounting projects and handle additional duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • With at least 1 year of US Payroll Experience in a Healthcare Industry
  • Knowledgeable with GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
