We are looking for a motivated, positive and keen to detail Accounts Receivable Officer/ Accounts & Admin Officer who will be processing receipts and transactions as well as other finance and admin tasks.

Job Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Review bank account daily for unrecorded cash receipts
  • Book all receipts from third parties against applicable receivable charge code.
  • Enter and post daily receivable payments
  • Review monthly accounts for accuracy
  • Adjust accounts as needed.
  • Make outgoing calls to customers regarding outstanding balances
  • Generate internal and external reports from accounting and inventory systems as needed
  • Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports to support the Inventory Management team

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance or any other related course.
  • 1-2 years accounts receivable experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ODOO is highly preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed processes, and ask for clarification or help where necessary.
  • A high degree of attention to detail, and proficiency with data
  • Someone who is organized, bubbly, energetic personality and easy to communicate with.
  • Excellent English skills, Written and Verbal
  • Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Excel
  • Strong sense of professionalism and organization.
