Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients within the tech industry through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and objectives of potential clients, positioning our agency's services as solutions to their marketing needs.
  • Initiate and manage communication with prospects, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies, messaging, and outreach tactics.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to effectively position our agency's services and differentiate us in the market.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and pipeline contribution.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a marketing agency or tech industry environment.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales prospecting and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with the ability to manage time and prioritize.
