We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in managing the sales force and opportunities, following up on leads, searching for projects, tracking project progress, and providing technical support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and sales, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Job Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Managing Sales Force and Opportunities:

  • Oversee the sales force to ensure effective management of opportunities and leads.
  • Implement strategies to optimize sales processes and increase efficiency.

Follow Up on Leads and Opportunities:

  • Maintain regular contact with potential clients to follow up on leads and nurture opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Search Projects in Estimate One and DAs:

  • Analyze project specifications and determine feasibility.

Project Tracking:

  • Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Provide CAD Drawings and Pricing for BDMs:

  • Create detailed CAD drawings for pump stations and custom designs.
  • Provide accurate pricing information to Business Development Managers (BDMs).

Generate Reports:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities, project statuses, and market trends.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Analyzing Data:

  • Analyze sales and project data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Package Quotes for BDMs:

  • Develop and package detailed quotes for BDMs to present to clients.
  • Ensure all quotes are accurate and tailored to meet client needs.

Making Blueprints:

  • Develop detailed blueprints based on client specifications and project requirements.

Talking and Assisting Customers and Clients:

  • Communicate with customers and clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Assist clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering
  • Proven experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in the waste management industry or related field
  • Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic and CAD
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
