Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
Recruitment Administration:
- Schedule interviews, maintain calendars for recruitment events, and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle initial candidate communication, such as follow-up emails/messages and notifications regarding interview scheduling.
- Ensure all required documentation and information for new hires are gathered and documented properly in Recruitment SharePoint.
Data Management:
- Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Helping in maintaining and tracking the Recruitment Trackers and other recruitment databases.
Onboarding Support:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting necessary paperwork and arranging for training sessions or orientations.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies and vendors as required.
- Assist in preparing recruitment materials, presentations, and other HR communications.
- Communicate with hiring managers and department heads to ensure recruitment needs are met promptly.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure that all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding candidates personal information and recruitment processes.
Other Tasks:
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
- Assist with the planning and execution of recruitment events, job fairs, or campus recruiting activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- With background experience in recruitment or administrative roles (ideally within HR or recruitment settings). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledgeable with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
