Remote Client Consultant

We are seeking motivated, organized, and service-focused individuals to join our growing remote team as a Remote Client Consultant. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, researching options, organizing details, and helping clients make informed decisions based on their individual needs and preferences.

As a Remote Client Consultant, you will communicate directly with clients to learn about their interests, preferences, budgets, and overall goals. You will use this information to research and compare a variety of available options and provide recommendations that align with what each client is looking for. Research may include destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, excursions, vacation packages, and other related services.

You will also assist with coordinating reservations, organizing important information, maintaining accurate client records, answering general questions, and providing follow-up throughout the planning process. Strong communication and attention to detail are important, as each client will have different needs and expectations.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training, educational resources, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the systems, processes, and resources used in the role. We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, take initiative, and remain consistent while developing their skills.

Ideal candidates are dependable, self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Basic computer skills and reliable internet access are required. Candidates should also be comfortable communicating through phone, email, text, and online platforms.
