Senior Associate / Counsel — Litigation (Guernsey)

A leading offshore practice is seeking an experienced litigator to join its established Guernsey Litigation team.

This is a strong opportunity for a Commonwealth-qualified lawyer (minimum 5 years' PQE) to take on complex, high-value contentious work within a high-performing, supportive practice.

The role

You'll advise financial services clients — banks, corporates, investment managers, fund administrators and trust companies, alongside their investors and private clients — across a broad range of litigation and contentious regulatory matters.

What we're looking for

• Commonwealth qualified, minimum 5 years' PQE
• Contentious regulatory experience, with working knowledge of financial crime, sanctions and AML
• Strong technical ability, sound judgement and excellent drafting
• A collaborative team player able to run matters independently and contribute to business development

Relocation to Guernsey required. Competitive offshore package and a genuine path to progression.
