Overview:
We are looking to drive sustainable business growth by managing the strategic acquisition team (Hunters) and maximizing the value of existing customer relationships (Farmers) in the technology and Cloud services domain. The leader will enhance their team's efforts to expand the client portfolio, ensure continuous satisfaction, and promote long-term retention. This role involves proactively adapting to market dynamics, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the client portfolio significantly contributes to the company's success and profitability.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration. Additional certifications in cloud technologies are a plus.
- At least 15 years of sales experience focused on technology solutions and cloud services, with prior roles in technical service like pre-sales or solutions engineering.
- Solid knowledge of key cloud service concepts such as virtualization, data management, and cloud security.
- Strong understanding of products, services, and market trends.
- Technical skills to effectively communicate the benefits of cloud solutions.
- Strong commercial skills, including proposal presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
Soft Skills:
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and portfolio growth.
- Experience managing sales executive teams.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and changing business strategies.
- Exceptional networking skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Effective collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
What You Will Do:
Lead and Develop Teams:
Hunters:
- Prospecting: Identify and attract new clients.
- Market Analysis: Research trends and competitors, adjusting sales strategies.
- Proposal Development: Create and present compelling proposals.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices to close sales.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Farmers:
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities within existing accounts.
- Contract Renewal: Manage and negotiate contract renewals.
- Client Feedback: Gather and act on client feedback.
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Team Development: Mentor and train the sales team.
- Performance Management: Set goals and monitor performance using KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer service teams.
- Sales Process Improvement: Implement process improvements using advanced tools.
Resource Management and Analysis:
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget and allocate resources.
- Data Analysis: Use analytics to guide decisions and identify trends.
Representation and Networking:
