Job Description
- Develop, communicate, and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic and operational objectives
- Translate complex business needs into well-structured Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), while effectively managing product prioritization and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead data-driven product discovery and user research to validate problem-solution fit, and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation and development to rollout and post-launch support.
- Ensure that customer- and driver-facing features are supported by robust internal operational systems that effectively meet business needs.
- Foster close collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Business teams to proactively resolve execution blockers.
- Mentor and develop the Product Management team, establish high standards for Product Ownership, and regularly evaluate team performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT product development and/or product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing Product Managers, Product Researchers, and UI/UX teams.
- Proven track record of building, launching, and scaling complex B2B/B2C products as well as internal back-office tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with experience making decisions based on product adoption, retention, and revenue impact metrics.
- Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to identify, synthesize, and streamline complex operational business processes across multiple departments and business units.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.
- Experience in the transportation, logistics, or fleet management industry is highly preferred.
