Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure long-term collaboration and business growth.
- Drive business development initiatives across all outlets to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Ensure all outlet operations are conducted in compliance with company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Monitor and analyze outlet performance, including revenue, traffic, and other key operational metrics.
- Prepare commercial reports and conduct regular evaluations to identify business improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational excellence and achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any major; Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial, Business Development, Operations, Account Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis, performance monitoring, and report preparation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Target-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to business challenges.
