Job Description :
- Serving Customers with Professionals in both English & Bahasa Language
- Answer customer questions quickly, accurately, and in a friendly manner.
- Provide product or service information clearly and informatively.
- Handle customer complaints or problems with effective solutions.
- Maintaining Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty
- Support Sales & After-Sales Service
- Collect & Analyze Customer Feedback
Job Requirement :
- Diploma, Bachelor's or Master Degree from any major
- Having 2-3 years of experience in related field
- Having good communication and problem solving
- Having experience for handling soft and hard complaint from customer
- Fluent in english and bahasa for written and speaking
