What You Will Do:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and capture new market segments.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for shuttle and bus transportation services, including geographic expansion and customer acquisition.
  • Pricing Management: Develop and manage competitive pricing strategies while ensuring profitability and margin targets.
  • Business Development: Lead initiatives to secure partnerships and contracts related to shuttle and bus services, including product development.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, set clear objectives, provide coaching, and monitor performance.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and make data-driven decisions to adapt strategies.
  • Financial Accountability: Oversee the financial performance of the commercial department, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in handling commercial sales and 12+ years of working experience with a strong understanding of the B2B and B2G market in Indonesia
  • Has background experience in an Automotive, Transportation, Retail, FMCG industry will be a plus
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Experience in launching new business initiatives and expanding the market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Willing to be placed in Medan
