What You Will Do:
- Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and capture new market segments.
- Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for shuttle and bus transportation services, including geographic expansion and customer acquisition.
- Pricing Management: Develop and manage competitive pricing strategies while ensuring profitability and margin targets.
- Business Development: Lead initiatives to secure partnerships and contracts related to shuttle and bus services, including product development.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, set clear objectives, provide coaching, and monitor performance.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and make data-driven decisions to adapt strategies.
- Financial Accountability: Oversee the financial performance of the commercial department, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field.
- 5+ years of experience in handling commercial sales and 12+ years of working experience with a strong understanding of the B2B and B2G market in Indonesia
- Has background experience in an Automotive, Transportation, Retail, FMCG industry will be a plus
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Experience in launching new business initiatives and expanding the market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Willing to be placed in Medan
