1. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of bus services, ensuring the fleet is in good condition and services run smoothly.
• Manage partnerships with tourist attractions to provide tickets and tour packages through the platform.
• Develop tour packages and promotions that involve transportation and tourist destinations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services offered in partnership with tourist attractions.
• Manage relationships with travel agents to offer travel packages that include transportation, accommodation, and tourist attractions.
• Prepare partnership proposals and ensure smooth communication between travel agents and the company.
• Ensure revenue targets from transportation products are met through effective sales and promotional strategies.
• Identify new market opportunities and optimize products to increase sales and profitability.
• Monitor team performance and provide direction to improve team productivity.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and revenue target achievement.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary solutions.

2. Required Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelors degree in Management, Tourism, Transportation, or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in operational management, transportation services, or the tourism industry.
• Experience working with business partners such as tourist attractions and travel agents is highly preferred.
• Experience in team management and achieving revenue targets.
• Ability to identify operational issues and find effective solutions.
• Understanding of how to develop and market products relevant to customers.
• Strong negotiation skills with partners and travel agents to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Familiarity with data analysis to understand sales trends and customer needs.
