QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled QA Engineer to be placed in Iron Bird Logistic's Squad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing QA processes, developing automated testing frameworks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure digital products meet standards and address defects before release.
• Train and upskill the QA team to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise all testing activities, including manual and automated testing, to ensure thorough coverage and defect detection.
• Develop and manage an automated testing framework to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and identify innovation opportunities to enhance the quality of digital product.
• Provide regular quality performance reports and improvement updates to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in digital product quality assurance
• Experience in managing end-to-end testing processes and overseeing the quality of digital products.
• Proficiency in using QA tools, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and consistent testing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues quickly.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and reporting on quality metrics.
• Expertise in QA and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail), as well as automation tools (e.g., Katalon).
