Key Responsibilities:

- Leading the team in understanding the market, business customers, and industry needs to develop a sales strategy that aligns with the business customers' purchasing behavior.

- Ensuring the implementation of the correct sales strategy to achieve B2B sales targets within the business unit.

- Coordinating the development of relationships with business customers and setting the overall sales budget for the business unit.

- Guiding the team in sales reporting by ensuring that post-order transactions are properly reported.

- Leading the team in implementing business strategies related to relationships with other business entities in line with market targets and needs.

- Ensuring that the business unit operates according to established policies and achieves agreed-upon sales targets.

- Monitoring the preparation of environmental impact aspects and health and safety risk hazards, as well as controlling risks related to Quality, K3 (Occupational Health and Safety), the environment, information security, and cybersecurity in the department's work.

- Setting departmental goals and targets, including quality and K3L (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment), and reporting achievements to top management.

- Directing and supporting personnel to contribute to the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, K3, environmental management, information security, and cybersecurity.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- Has 10 years of work experience with a proven track record in business management or sales, particularly in the transportation industry.
- Strong understanding and experience in transportation management and commercial services management.
- Possesses and continuously updates in-depth knowledge of transportation and commercial management principles.
