About the job Assistant Manager Training Center

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs directly to drivers, both for new drivers and active drivers, to enhance competencies and maintain high service standards.
  • Supervise the implementation of training activities at the Training Center to ensure they are conducted in accordance with the established curriculum, safety standards, and company procedures.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring training outcomes, collecting participant feedback, and reviewing driver performance indicators in operations.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify driver training needs in line with business developments and company service standards.
  • Develop training materials covering defensive driving, customer service, route knowledge, and the use of operational support technologies.
  • Manage and develop trainers/instructors to ensure the quality and consistency of training delivery.
  • Prepare training reports and provide recommendations for training program improvements to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any major.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in training, learning & development, or employee development.
  • Proficient in using training tools such as PowerPoint, e-learning platforms, and other training applications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs.
  • Willing to work on Saturdays
