Associate Product Manager

Job Description

• Identify and analyze user and business needs to establish a solid foundation for feature development.
• Develop celaer & structured product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria, to guide cross‑functional execution.
• Collaborate proactively with engineering, design, QA, and relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely feature delivery.
• Evaluate product usage data, user feedback, and feature performance to uncover improvement opportunities and inform future enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation covering product features, process flows, and key learnings to support ongoing product growth and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Tech, preferably supporting end‑to‑end product development.
• Solid understanding of the digital product development lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and grow within a product-driven organization.
• Willing to work from office (WFO) at Mampang Blue Bird Head Office.
