Home-Based Travel Consultant

Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Home-Based Travel Consultants. In this remote role, you will help clients plan and book travel experiences including vacations, cruises, hotels, flights, and tours. Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets
• Research and recommend travel destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
• Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities
• Create customized travel itineraries for clients
• Maintain communication with travel vendors and suppliers
• Assist clients with travel updates, itinerary changes, and questions
• Stay informed on travel promotions, trends, and destination information
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
• Basic computer and internet research skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Passion for travel and helping others plan vacations
• Previous travel or sales experience is a plus but not required

Preferred Skills

• Experience with travel booking platforms or reservation systems
• Sales or client consulting experience
• Knowledge of international travel requirements
