Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday with flexibility to support work-life balance across both locations

Compensation & Benefits:

• First-year guarantee of $225,000
• 30% of adjusted production starting in year two
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• Annual CE budget plus extensive in-house continuing education programs
• Mentorship and clinical development support

Location:

Columbus & Americus, GA – Located in west and southwest Georgia, offering a blend of city convenience and small-town charm with a low cost of living and relaxed lifestyle. Columbus is approximately 70 miles north of Americus, making this a manageable multi-location opportunity within the region.

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Georgia dental license (or in process)
• CPR, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Open to both experienced dentists and strong new graduates
• Excellent communication skills and patient-focused mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
