A DAY IN THE LIFE 

• Arrive to a fully staffed office where your confirmed appointments are pre-scheduled to maximize your productivity.

• The front office staff works to ensure your patients have a positive overall experience.

• Your back-office support team is busy working behind the scenes to manage HR, Recruitment, Scheduling, and the Administration necessary to become a top producing office.

• You have the managerial support of a seasoned Clinical Director, Regional Vice President, and District Manager to advise and coach you on business best practices.

• You will be engaged in a partnership where the entire organization is invested in your success.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat dental patients for routine care and emergencies

• Diagnose and treat patients with your comforting and caring chairside manner

• Recommend treatment plans customized to meet the patients’ needs

• Partner with the clinical team to maintain patient flow efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

• Active Dentist license in the state you will be working

• A passion for delivering amazing patient care

• Current CPR licensure
