Blue Jay Dental is seeking a full-time general dentist for an established practice in Rutland, VT. This opportunity combines comprehensive patient care with the support of a collaborative clinical team.

Compensation and schedule

Advertised compensation range: $200,000–$320,000 annually. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and offer terms.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday.

A sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 is available, based on experience and offer terms.

Your role

Examine patients, explain diagnoses and treatment options, and deliver general and restorative dental care. Collaborate with hygienists and assistants, maintain accurate records, and build long-term patient relationships through clear communication and thoughtful care.

Qualifications

A DDS or DMD and an active state dental license in good standing are required, along with applicable prescribing credentials. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork are essential.

GPR or AEGD training and experience in endodontic, surgical, and cosmetic procedures are preferred.
