They are seeking an experienced Deli Supervisor or senior Deli staff member who would have a strong understanding of fresh food deli counter standards, have effective control of stock levels, prior experience ordering fresh food deli produce and must have good people skills for working within a team and the general public.

Salary DOE, will offer up to 35,000

The ideal candidate for this Deli Manager Job:

• Previous management experience working with food in a busy fast paced environment,
• Strong with stock control experience, handling orders for large quantities of different fresh food offerings.
• Holding high standards in your expectations of customer service, cleanliness and mer-chandising fresh food displays.
• Strong organisational skills
• Be able to work both in a team and own initiative
• A strong understanding of food safety and HACCP knowledge

Responsibilities for this Deli Manager Job:

• Oversee the running of busy deli production, ready made meals, hot counter, cold food offering and salad bar
• Responsible for up 6 staff members, organizing work to be completed on time and to a high standard
• Ensuring the department has the correct amounts of stock to trade for the week, using technology and sales reports to analyze stock levels and reduce waste and shrinkage.
• Maintaining food safety protocols like hygiene records and HACCP records
• Maintaining the standards across all your assigned departments, ensuring your teams know the expectation of work required of them,
• Training and coaching personnel to follow procedures and excel in their roles to increase department performances by increasing productivity and customer service.
