Resident manager

Main Responsibilities:

Manages and control the operations of the property, assisting and supporting the General Manager, ensuring adherence to guidelines, procedures, and policies established by the company, in order to guarantee quality and service standards aimed at properly serving our Guests.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors´ Degree in Hotel Management or similar.
• Well-developed leadership skills.
• 3+ years of previous experience as Resident/Hotel Manager in +300 Hotel Rooms in the West Indies Region (English Caribbean)
• Strong proven experience leading Rooms Division and/or Food & Beverage departments.
