We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. In this role, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, oversee staff performance, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in the restaurant industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
  • Monitor dining room activity to ensure efficient seating, service flow, and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including table setups, server stations, and overall ambiance.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of food orders and adherence to menu specifications.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, including food handling and storage procedures.
  • Assist with conducting regular staff meetings and training sessions to communicate updates, reinforce standards, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3years of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, POS systems, and inventory management.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
